Why are your products so cheap? Are they original?
All the products that we sell through our website are 100% original. They are not testing or unboxed products, they always are salable products to end customers.
We can offer these prices only because we have optimized our operation costs.
How much are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on the destination and the total of your order. We also have options for free shipping. You can view the complete shipping rates by clicking here.
How long will my order be delivered?
We ship your order via european express carrier GLS. Depending where you live on, the courier will deliver your order between 3 and 4 working days after your order. If you were not at home, they leave you a message with the tracking number so you can contact them and specify a different date of delivery.
We can not select a specific delivery time, as this depends on the delivery route that each region has the carrier. Also note that the carrier does not deliver during holidays or weekends.
When your package is picked up by the carrier from our warehouse we will send you a confirmation email with shipping information: shipping agency and number so you can track it.
Do I have to pay customs?
We ship from EU, if we have to ship your order to another EU country, you will not pay customs charges. Before confirming your order you will see the total clearly and separately.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept different payment methods that you can select at the time you place your order:
- Visa or Mastercard credit/debit cards: we only accept cards that allow the secure payment Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode methods. You should consult with your card issuing bank if yours has enabled this service.
- PayPal: you can use any form of payment that you has defined in your PayPal account. In this case a surcharge of 4% on order subtotal will be applied.
Can I shop products to be delivered to another person in another address?
Yes, of course. When you order with us, you must tell us who you want we send the ticket and who you want we deliver the packet ordering.
I have a promotion code from Vesira, how can I use it?
To redeem a coupon code you must do it at the shopping basket page once you've added your products to it.
At the bottom of the basket page a promotional coupon option appears where you have to enter your code and click the Apply coupon button, after which your basket will be updated showing the results of your redeemed coupon.
